This project set the following goals and tasks to be carried out in this year: (1) To carry out checking on the motor vehicle testing laboratories that have been authorized by the EPA (2) To witness the correlation test of laboratories. (3)To inspect the testing tracks and ensure the test track satisfied the ISO 10844 requirements. (4)To carry out the conferences including the laboratories and specialists.(5)To carry out the conferences of the technical training and discussion. (6) To assist establishing the diesel vehicle which be used to perform the emission correlation test. (7)To Establish the suitability of period/item/method of calibration. (8)Researching the suitability of correlation test judgement. (9)Researching and analysis the 15 sets data that beproduced by the specified laboratories and the stability of master car that confirmed with the three times testing data before performed the correlation test
